MANAGED PROPERTIES

Since 2010, Borgo Egnazia in Puglia is the essence of true Puglian hospitality. Entirely made of ‘tufo’, the rough typical limestone and local stones, cut by the skilled hands of stone masters.

The perfect place to seek new inspiration and discover how to achieve mental and physical wellbeing through experiences related to nature and local culture.

It is Borgo Egnazia, it is nowherelse.

In the centre of Cortina d’Ampezzo lies HOTEL de LEN, an innovative project based on the principles of sustainability and well-being, offering a contemporary experience and reflecting the energetic and dynamic character of the Dolomites.

The name ‘De Len’, meaning ‘of wood’ in Ladin, refers to the true protagonist of the structure: wood, a sustainable, renewable and functional element, which also offers ideal protection from air and electromagnetic pollution.  Inaugurated in 2022, after a major renovation, it offers a new structure in terms of form and concept, with rooms featuring a contemporary design and a hint of mountain charm, a marvellous spa overlooking the mountains and the wide valley.

A timeless place cradled by the sea: a cosy Home where you will always feel welcome, enjoying unique and intense experiences. At Santavenere, luxury is synonymous with large spaces, union between history and nature, wellbeing for mind and body, as well as tailor made experiences.

Behold the beauty of Santavenere and let yourself fall into the sense of deep freedom: this is the mission of Santavenere.

Masseria Le Carrube is the rustic authenticity of Puglia totally immersed in nature. In the wildest Murgia of Ostuni, halfway between the sea and the hills, the farmhouse, with a typical tile roof, has been restored in an essential and elegant way, ready to welcome travelers in search of peace and silence in its 19 suites. Bougainvillea trees weave throughout the courtyards, while lemon and prickly pear trees wind along the walls of the property. Here the history of the area is evident in every detail: stone walls and courtyards, exposed whitewashed bricks, antique furniture and refined Italian linens.

The contemporary resort in the heart of Puglia, just a few steps from the sea of Ostuni. There, where Salento and Valle d’Itria meet, the structure is completely immersed in the greenery of typical Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by low trees, reeds, junipers, maritime pines, and wild olive trees. The 222 rooms are designed to meet a diverse range of needs, weaving a chromatic pattern through the use of fine fabrics, elegant white wood furnishings, and refined squared bricks of the flooring.

Indigenus offers its partners a wide collection of tailor-made experiences. An array of experiences you can enjoy as if you were native, or in fact “indigenous”. We made customs, places and activities from everyday Puglian life uncommonable and unrepeatable.
